Information that helps us diagnose a problem
- The name of the tool you were using (for example, Smart Resizer or Images to PDF).
- The file format and approximate file size (for example, a 4 MB HEIC photo).
- Your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone).
- A short description of what happened and any error message you saw.
Please do not send the sensitive document itself — only describe it. ImageToSend processes files locally in your browser, so we do not need the file to help.
