ImageToSend does not guarantee acceptance by third-party portals, schools, employers, agencies, or government websites. Users are responsible for verifying that prepared files meet the specific requirements of their intended destination before submission.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
• The rejection of any file processed by our tools by a third-party service, agency, or portal.
• Any issues or errors that occur within your local browser environment during processing.
